Chart of the Week 📹

Can you imagine that first place is far ahead that you are competing for number 2?

This reminds me of when Usain Bolt was at his peak in the 2010s. He was so fast that analysts talked instead of who would come in second.

And this is what’s happening in the electric vehicle (EV) market in the U.S.

Tesla has such a commanding position in the market that EVs sold by Hyundai/Kia, Ford and GM barely touched 50% of what Tesla sells.

Will Tesla’s dominance continue in the future?

Already, the company is announcing plans to roll out its self-driving software in Europe and China. Investors are eagerly awaiting news on its Robotaxi project where there could potentially be a working prototype soon.

Stock Idea(s)* 💡

Don’t you wish that the Singapore govt can be as bold as China and inject funds into the local market?

i.e. Alibaba is up 25% since the stimulus!

Well… the first reaction for many investors would be to focus on the big tech stocks in China like Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan Dianping etc… just like the Youtube video i have done a couple of days ago:

That said, there are a lot more consumer discretionary stocks that are on the 2nd phase of ‘bullishness’.

I have done some research and will add this particular undervalued dividend stock with 7+% yield inside our DividendKakis model portfolio…
